Job Description :

  • Handling Walk-in customer at the branch (Forex, MTSS & Other products)
  • Handling telephonic queries & inquiries & co-ordination with Sales & field staff
  • Cash & Forex management
  • Bank Reconciliation (Daily & Monthly)
  • Inter branch, Hub & HO Accounts reconciliation
  • Taxation matters related to TDS, CENVAT credit related to service tax
  • Day to Day expenses management
  • Ensuring accurate entries of MTSS & Forex transactions on EON Software
  • Reporting of daily accounting entries of the branch
  • MIS Reporting at regular intervals
  • Coordinating delivery & pick up of negotiable instruments /FC/INR
  • Same Day Funding request of Agents to be checked & sent to HO for re-imbursements
  • Documentation filing as per RBI & Organization policies
  • Remote transaction marking of agents mapped to the branch
  • Uploading of documents for new agents
  • Handling day to day routing operations of the branch
  • Dispatch of Marketing materials & TRM's to the agents
