Following documents can be accepted as a valid proof of Photo Identification : 1. Pass Port 2. PAN Card 3. Driving License (Learner's License must not be accepted) 4. Voter's Identity Card 5. Aadhaar/ UID Card 6. Letter issued by the UIDAI containing details of name,address and Aadhar number 7. ID cards issued to Govt. employees 8. Refugee Card 9. Letter from a recognized public authority or public servant verifying the identity and residence of the customer.

Any one of the following documents can be accepted as a valid Address proof: 1) Telephone Bill (Recent - Two months old) 2) Electricity Bill (Recent - Two months old) 3) Gas Bill (Recent - Two months old) 4) Bank Account Statement (Recent - Two months old) 5) Letter from employer (acceptable only in case the employer is a Govt. Dept., PSU, Bank or a well known Corporate) 6) LIC Policy 7) Mutual Fund Statement (Recent - Two months old) 8) Leave and License Agreement 9) Housing Society Bills / Receipts (Recent - Two months old) 10) Pension Book
